Do I need to be home on the window cleaning days?

No, after you've signed up, we will message you the day before to remind you we will be attending, which is also a reminder to unlock any access needed for us to get around the property. We take payments via direct debit, so you don't even need to remember to pay us.

Unfortunately we can not give a time of the day that we will be attending your property. This is due to a number of factors. Some of which may include, your location to other customers and other logistics, traffic, if we need to fill up with more water, additional customers on that day, conversing with customers & bathroom brakes, just to name a few.

This is why we message the day before, as a reminder, so that you can unlock access. So that you don't need to wait around for us.

What time will we be there?

What happens if I forget to unlock my back gate?

The first thing we will try is, to reach over in the hope to slide an unlocked bolt. If we can't reach or it's locked, we will knock on the front door.

If there's no answer, we will clean only the windows we have access to and you will be charged for a 'Front only' clean (minimum charges still apply).

We will NOT climb over fences, walls or gates. We only knock and won't ring video doorbell. We won't wait for you to get back to the property if you are not there and we will not come back later that day.

We use water fed poles to clean your windows. This is quicker, safer and gives better results than using the old method of a squeegee, as it not only cleans the window but also cleans the frames and window sills too.

How do you clean the windows?

What happens if it's raining on my window cleaning day?

We give a rainy day guarantee. Which means we'll still come out to do your windows. We are that confident your windows will still be clean after they dry, that if you're not happy with the result, we'll come out and do them again for you at no extra charge.

We, like all reputable companies, have public liability insurance, which covers unforeseen issues. Obviously we try our hardest not to let these issues happen in the first place, but it's nice to know that there is a little bit of extra protection.
